Shipping and Delivery Policy

Manual 2 AI Private Limited provides software as a service: Manual2AI and Artfolio. Everything we sell is delivered online.

No physical shipping

We don't ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. Your account and everything in it are delivered over the internet, to the email address you sign up with.

When you get access

  • Your account is ready as soon as you sign up, including during a free trial.
  • When you subscribe, your paid plan is active as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. If you subscribe during a trial, the plan starts when the trial ends.
  • We email a payment receipt and, for customers in India, a GST tax invoice for every payment. They are also available in the product's billing settings.
  • If your plan isn't active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email us and we will put it right.

Services

Implementation, data migration and training are delivered remotely, on the schedule agreed for your engagement.

Exchanges and plan changes

As nothing is shipped, there is nothing to exchange or return. You can change plans from the billing settings: an upgrade takes effect straight away, and a downgrade takes effect from your next renewal. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
