Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use manual2ai.com, the Manual2AI platform at app.manual2ai.com, or Artfolio at artfolio.ai. All of them are provided by Manual 2 AI Private Limited (“we”, “us”). Manual2AI and Artfolio are brands of Manual 2 AI Private Limited. By creating an account, subscribing or using these services, you agree to these terms.

2. Product terms

Artfolio has its own terms of service at artfolio.ai/terms. Where they say something different from these terms, Artfolio's terms apply to Artfolio. A signed agreement for implementation, custom work or an enterprise plan applies to what it covers.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, and you use the services for your business.
  • Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your team's accounts.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are subscriptions, billed in advance monthly or annually. An annual plan is charged once for the year.
  • Prices are shown on each product's pricing page and are exclusive of taxes. For customers in India we add GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) and issue a GST tax invoice for every payment.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. If you pay by card mandate, UPI Autopay or bank mandate, you authorise us to charge it on each renewal.
  • We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your next renewal. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and let you know. If it still fails, we may pause your paid features until the payment is made. Your data is kept.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partners, including Razorpay. We never store your full card details.

5. Free trials and free plans

Where a product offers a free trial or a free plan, its pricing page says how long the trial runs and what the free plan includes. We don't charge you during a trial, and a trial doesn't turn into a paid plan unless you choose to subscribe.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. How cancellation works and when we refund is set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
  • Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes anyone else's rights
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the services
  • Copy, resell or reverse engineer the services, or scrape them with automated tools
  • Interfere with the security or performance of the services

8. Your data

You own the data you put into the services. We process it to provide the services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data while your account is active. After your account ends we delete it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it (for example, tax invoices).

9. Our intellectual property

The services, their software, design and content belong to Manual 2 AI Private Limited. A subscription gives you a right to use them for your business while it is active; it doesn't transfer ownership of anything.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the services available and secure, but we can't promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance and may change or improve features. If we remove a feature that is central to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you time to export your data.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, tell account owners by email before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
